Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Flying Soccer Mom™ items. Every item is printed and made to order just for you through our production partner, Printful. Here's how we handle anything that isn't right.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items — 30-Day Quality Promise
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or has a printing error (wrong placement, faded or flawed print), we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
Just email us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what's wrong
There's no need to send the item back.
Wrong Item Sent
If you received a different item, size or color than you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item or a refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to reship it or refund you.
Size, Color & Change of Mind
Because every item is made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind.
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Not sure? Email us before you order and we'll gladly help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but reshipping costs will apply.
European Union Customers
If you live in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can tell us within 14 days of delivery that you'd like to return an item for any reason, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we'll refund the item price once the return is received. Email us first and we'll send the return instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
Coloring Books
Our coloring books are sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns for books purchased on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy.
How to Contact Us
Email support@flyingsoccermom.com with your order number, what happened, and a photo if applicable. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, wrong or lost, or where required by law.
