We want you to love your Flying Soccer Mom items. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:
Returns (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the defect or damage
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Items damaged after use
Exchanges (Size or Color)
We offer exchanges for size or color on apparel items (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.).
Exchange conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
- Replacement item will be sent once the original item is received and inspected
- If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will issue store credit
⚠️ Exchanges are not available for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale / clearance items
- Items marked “final sale”
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photo (for defective items)
We’ll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Order Issues (Wrong Item Sent)
If we sent the wrong item, we’ll fix it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Important Notes
- We are a small business and many items are made to order.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions above.
