How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days in the US and 4–10 business days in the EU after production. Standard shipping is FREE to the US and EU.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund. No need to send the item back.
Customers in the European Union also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email support@flyingsoccermom.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Not sure? Email us before you order and we'll gladly help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify an order.
If you notice an issue immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made to order through our trusted production partner and shipped directly to customers. This allows us to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer FREE standard shipping to the US and EU. For other destinations, availability, delivery times and shipping costs vary and are shown at checkout.
Customers outside the US and EU are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
