How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary by location but usually range from 5–10 business days after production.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email support@flyingsoccermom.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify an order.

If you notice an issue immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
